What is built
STEALTH is a web application for collecting source-linked research, maintaining case records, and coordinating work that would otherwise be spread across documents and spreadsheets.
The current build includes consent-gated web research across 16 configured locales, a canonical finding ledger, evidence-backed removal cases, immutable database snapshots, a 410-entry strategy reference library, and optional AI-assisted summaries and drafts. External search, email, and AI functions depend on separately configured services.
Several workflows deliberately remain manual. SERP positions, third-party placements, recognition checks, controller replies, and external submissions are entered by a reviewer. Database snapshots form an append-only hash chain, while captured web responses, screenshots, and PDFs use a separate artifact chain attached to each finding.

Research records retain the returned URL and available snippet. Operators must open and verify sources before relying on them.
Manual means manual
A status or observation entered by an operator is a workspace record, not proof that a platform, search engine, or third party confirmed it.
Assisted, not autonomous
Generated sentiment, themes, and briefing drafts are optional aids. They require review and do not initiate outward action.
Limit public intake
The public contact form is for non-sensitive context. Identity documents, account numbers, credentials, and other high-risk data need a separately agreed workflow.
